HEAD OF TECHNOLOGY
Aaron is responsible for the strategy, design, and building of the product infrastructure used by The Support Desk clients. With 20 years experience in the IT industry, Aaron started his IT career in Wellington before moving to the UK for a couple of years. While in the UK Aaron developed tracking software used by pharmacists in the UK for a pilot program ran by National Health System (NHS).
SENIOR NETWORK ENGINEER
Former director of Computer Network Support, a successful IT business consulting on high end and speicalised IT services. David started his career in technology in 1987 and has been collecting certifications since, this includes certification with Microsoft, IBM, MikroTik, and Apple. David is a MedTech certified engineer and has extensive experience in Pharmacy IT.
CUSTOMER SERVICES MANAGER
After leaving the UK in 2011, where he worked for a London based Managed Service Provider, Tony headed back to NZ and started providing IT services to small businesses working for himself. As part of the original team who started The Support Desk in 2015 Tony is involved in the day to day support of clients and relationship management.
Based in Waikanae, New Zealand, we are a locally operated business with clients across the country from Invercargill to Auckland.
