Our Team

Aaron gibson

HEAD OF TECHNOLOGY

Aaron is responsible for the design, testing, and building of the product infrastructure used by The Support Desk clients. With over 25 years’ experience in the IT industry, Aaron is our go to guy for all things to do with security and infrastructure.  Often found hiding out the back of the office Aaron is at his happiest when testing and trailing new technology.

Bitten by the craft beer bug, when not in the office Aaron can normally be found in a brew pub or with friends having a private “tasting” session.

david feist

SENIOR NETWORK ENGINEER

Former director of Computer Network Support, a successful IT business consulting on high end and speicalised IT services. David started his career in technology in 1987 and has been collecting certifications since, this includes certification with Microsoft, IBM, MikroTik, and Apple. David is a MedTech certified engineer and has extensive experience in Pharmacy IT.

CUSTOMER SERVICES MANAGER

Tony has been in IT for over 20 years, and since 2006 has been working with and as an IT Managed Service Provider (MSP), including close to 5 years in London with a large MSP.  Involved in the day-to-day management of clients, Tony calls on his extensive experience working as an MSP, and as a small business owner, to ensure clients are getting the right technology and security for their business size and type.

A fan of craft beers, Tony went as far as to start home brewing with an increasingly convoluted system.  After a couple of years of fun, but mediocre beer, Tony decided that beer is like technology, and it should be left to the experts. He now outsources his beer and buys it from the supermarket.
