Aaron is responsible for the design, testing, and building of the product infrastructure used by The Support Desk clients. With over 25 years’ experience in the IT industry, Aaron is our go to guy for all things to do with security and infrastructure.


Former director of Computer Network Support, a successful IT business consulting on high end and specialised IT services. David started his career in technology in 1987 and has been collecting certifications since, this includes certification with Microsoft, IBM, MikroTik, and Apple. David is a MedTech certified engineer and has extensive experience in Pharmacy IT.


Tony has been in IT for over 20 years, and since 2006 has been working as an IT Managed Service Provider (MSP), including close to 5 years in London with a large MSP. Involved in the day-to-day management of clients, Tony calls on his extensive experience working as an MSP and as a small business owner to ensure clients are getting the right technology and security for their business needs.

Approximately 85% of our work is performed offsite via the use of remote management tools and access methods, allowing us to respond fast to fix a problem you or your staff team may have.
