Privacy Policy

We collect personal information from you, including information about your:

  • provide our managed IT services to our customers
 

Besides our staff, we share this information with:

  • our software providers so we are able to provide our services in a secure and efficient manner
 

Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to provide information which allows us to verify your identity, we’ll be unable to provide our secure service.

We keep your information safe by ensuring all data is encrypted and protected by multiple security procedures and only accessible by staff with appropriate access, along with all access being auditable.

We keep your information for the life of your support contract (if necessary to do so) at which point we securely destroy it by securely deleting all versions.

You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong.
